  8.  For easy reference,  this history is presented in  reverse order  (most recent
  9.  version first).  Most  improvements  to SEE are initiated by requests from SEE
  10.  users.   We charge a nominal fee for custom work,  but this fee can be reduced
  11.  if the requirement is  largely applicable  to other users.  Our development is
  12.  directly driven by you, the customer.

  19.   3.22    MNU file is now opened as "read only" to allow sharing on a network
